Xero

Xero Integration

Pluvo integrates with Xero to automatically pull in your financial data, so your models stay accurate and up to date without manual entry.

What We Sync from Xero

Once connected, Pluvo imports:

  • Chart of Accounts All active GL accounts from your Xero org, including account names, codes, and types.

  • Account Balances Monthly actuals for P&L and Balance Sheet accounts—used to populate actuals in your models.

  • Account Metadata Categories like Income, Expense, Asset, and Liability are preserved to support rollups and filtering.

How Syncing Works

  • Data is synced manually by default via the Sync button in the top right

  • You can sync as often as needed to pull in the latest actuals

  • Auto-sync can be enabled if you prefer continuous updates

Notes

  • If you modify your chart of accounts in Xero, new or updated accounts will appear in Pluvo after the next sync You must manually update any variables that rely on those accounts

  • Pluvo is a read-only integration—we never push data back to Xero
