Pluvo Help Center

Learn how to utilize the Pluvo Help Center!

To access the Pluvo help center, click on the question mark icon next to your user profile icon in the top right of any screen in pluvo..

You can also access it by clicking "support" in the header of this page.

Here’s what you can expect from the platform:

  1. Technical support: For help installing, configuring, or troubleshooting.

  2. Licensing and billing questions: For all inquiries regarding licensing and billing.

  3. Product Trial Questions: For those using Pluvo on a trial basis.

  4. Other questions: For everything else

The request button in the top right corner of your interface will allow you to check on previous requests made, as well as the status of current ones.

Further down the page you will find feedback buttons:

  1. Report a bug: to tell us about the problems you are facing.

  2. Feature Requests: Any additional features or capabilities you would like to see in the future.

  3. Suggestions (Improvements): How can we improve what we’re already doing?

The help center is monitored 9-5 every working day for all of your inquiries and customer service needs.
